As the former Clinical Director of The Feeling Good Institute, I’ve developed expertise in TEAM-CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to help you overcome anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt.
