When Perfect on Paper Doesn't Feel Perfect Inside

On the outside, you present as the person who has everything figured out. Your friends and colleagues see someone capable, collected and calm. But beneath that composed exterior, you're navigating waves of anxiety and uncertainty.

  • Making decisions feels heavier than it should.

  • You find yourself keeping busy to avoid sitting with these feelings, while questions and doubts crowd your mind.

  • The contrast can feel exhausting – maintaining that calm exterior while processing so much internally.

If this resonates with you, you're not alone – and there's a path forward.

Or, maybe this isn’t your problem at all.  Maybe you just feel stuck - you might be struggling with relationship issues of some sort, such as parenting a teen or young adult or struggling with your marriage or a work relationship. You know you want help, but you’re not sure how or what to do. Welcome to being human!  No one gave us a rule book.  Therapy is a place to explore what’s keeping you stuck and to determine new ways of overcoming these obstacles.  You’re here because you want help - and this is what we will work on together.

As someone who's been there, both personally and professionally, I understand the weight of appearing accomplished while battling inner doubt AND feeling stuck. And here's what I know for certain: it doesn't have to stay this way. Together, we can build a bridge between your external success and your internal experience, helping you feel as confident on the inside as you appear on the outside. One thing I can promise is that you will get “the real deal” as we work together. I will show up for you honestly and authentically, and help guide you on your journey to becoming the “you” you want to be.

Cancellation Policy

We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, we offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 48-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.

If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with at least 48-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged the full session fee of $400.
