I’m a board-certified clinical psychologist who’s passionate about helping people bridge the gap between how successful or “put together” they look on the outside and how they actually feel inside. With a background working in corporations and large firms, I understand the stress, self-doubt, and pressure that come with high expectations - and I know how easy it is to feel stuck, even when you’re "doing everything right." My approach is grounded in cutting-edge, evidence-based methods, but more importantly, it’s rooted in real, authentic connection.
